By accessing or using Luminel ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including those who access Luminel as account holders or embed the analytics script on their websites.

Luminel is a privacy-focused web analytics platform that allows website owners to track pageviews, events, and visitor behaviour without cookies or personal data collection. The Service includes a dashboard for viewing analytics, a lightweight JavaScript tracking script, and associated APIs.

3. Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Luminel dashboard. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@luminel.app if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

You may not create accounts for others without their consent, impersonate another person, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Track websites or users without appropriate disclosure to those users
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service
• Send fraudulent, misleading, or spam traffic to inflate analytics data
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or overburden our infrastructure

You retain ownership of any data you generate through use of the Service. By using the Service, you grant Luminel a limited licence to store and process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Availability & Modifications

We strive to keep Luminel available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such changes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
